Worldwide oil production is peaking as we speak, and will soon begin a permanent and precipitous decline that will completely change the character of civilization, as we know it within 20 years.
For decades the Electrical & Electronic industries have taken advantage
of high performance AMORPHOUS METAL materials in the design and manufacture of components and products. Amorphous Metals are man-made ribbons of powdered metal that are generally impregnated onto glass substrates and due to their purity and molecular consistency, they offer far lower energy losses in magnetic fields and electron flow physics. They are widely used in transformers and electronic components. Often the amorphous materials are called "Glassy Metal", "Metglas" , Vitrovac (and Vitroperm) within the trade.
The use of these materials is so widespread that scale economies exist for any new product applications. The downside of these materials however, is that they are extremely hard and brittle and have only been practically applicable where they can be used in flat or rolled geometric shapes. Cutting them, bonding them, and annealing them have been problematic and costly and there have been no practical answers to these issues put forth to date.

Because electric motors represent the single largest application for the consumption of electric power, it has long been hoped that some day, these materials would be able to be used in the manufacture of electric motors. All approaches proposed to date have had such wide sweeping retooling and infrastructure costs to the manufacturers of motors that it has been financially impractical in spite of the staggering impact they would have on world economy by cutting energy consumption easily in excess of 10%

We have developed a precise, fast, and economical means of producing components from the Amorphous Metals, and have produced prototypes that demonstrate these important breakthroughs.

The variable speed, constant torque and light AMM prototypes run from 3,000 to 24,000 rpm without noise and overheating. The motors are safety working in damp and explosive environment, under water and immersed in petrol. After using the technology efficiencies of fractional horse power motors is increasing to 86% and more, that are not achievable in any other machines.

However, the technology is not designed for production the specific motors. It is designed for production amorphous magnetic circuits for all motors and generators. Items such as vacuum cleaners, power tools and leaf blowers will become smaller, run cooler, run silent and will not produce sparks and radioelectrical interference. Computer drive motors will be further miniaturized, run silent cooler and more efficiently. Fans, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines run cooler and saving electrical energy reduce electricity bills. High power industrial motors will run more efficiently increasing the efficiency of the country. Generators used in power plants (including renewable energy generators) will be more efficient reducing costs and conserving energy and the environment.

The AMM technology complies with all International Standards requesting certain efficiency of electric motors and guarantees that :

  • Efficiency of AMM machines is much higher than any comparable machine over the world,
  • Costs of AMM machines are the same levels as motors and generators currently produced.
